 Roof Preventative Maintenance

The roof system receives the most abuse from the elements than any other part of the building and can be the most expensive to repair when problems occur. Periodic inspections and preventative maintenance can identify and solve problems as they occur and maximize the service life of the roof.

JD Contractors custom tailors a maintenance program for each customer. The type of roofing system and age are the primary factors used to determent the frequency and cost of a program.

A preventative maintenance site visit includes:

• A visual inspection of the entire roof.
• Photographing any deficiencies found.
• Repairing any minor suspect issues.

Once the preventative maintenance site visit has been completed you will be provided a written report with pictures summarizing the results of the inspection. The report will include a description of any weak areas, a proposal with options to correct any suspect areas, and an estimate of the life expectancy of the roofing system.
The cost of a preventative maintenance program is minor when compared to the money lost by having to replace a roofing system that has failed prematurely. Our goal is to maximize the life of the roofing system and save you money in the long run.
